After breakfast at our hotel we head out for a full day of touring Pretoria and visited the Monument to the Voortrekkers who were the first settlers to start traveling north.
Next we visited the Mandella Monument
and Constitution Hill and the Old Fort which was a prison at one time. They now have a restaurant where the prisoners once ate. This is where we had lunch. Next we did a city tour of Johannesburg.
This afternoon we went to the Sandton City Shopping Mall to get our African shopping fix. This is a very modern mall, in fact South Africa is a very modern country.
Dinner was at the Butcher Bar and Grill Restaurant on the Sandton Square.
Back to our hotel for the night.
